This girl is bloody amazing. Her name is Tayla and she speaks less English than I speak Portuguese yet we always hung out and talked. She looked after me and fell in love with me as I did her despite the language barrier. I miss her like crazy. I miss her smile. I miss seeing her and feeling my heart beat faster. I miss sitting talking to random girls in the hostel, calling Tayla over and saying to the girl I’ve been talking to “this is the love of my life” and seeing Tayla smile and squeeze my hand then carry on with her work. I miss making half a love heart with my hand and her completing it with her good hand (she hurt her fingers so couldn’t make a full heart herself) I know I will see her again some day but until then all I can do is remember how awesome she is. eu te amo Tayla.
